I think it’s going to take a while to fully recover from the impact of this show. The talent is unmatched, Broadway, West End, and Hollywood caliber performances all the way through. The entire production is anything but your safe, sanitized Dear Evan Hansen. It is brilliantly beautiful and gut wrenchingly honest, ripping the best and worst of humanity wide open for the audience to explore. Truly like nothing you’ve ever seen before. CN

Last night’s production of Dear Evan Hansen at Inspiration Stage was one of those shows.
The voices were stunning. The performances were fearless. Every emotion felt honest, vulnerable, and painfully real. It was the kind of theatre that splits you wide open, asks you to sit with the hurt, and somehow begins to put the pieces back together again.
And then it ended. Not with a triumphant finale, but with a quiet stillness after the last song. For a moment, no one seemed ready to break the silence. We were all just sitting in our feelings. That’s when you know you’ve witnessed something special.
If you have the chance to see this production, go experience it and let yourself be moved.
To the entire cast and creative team: thank you for telling this story with such honesty, compassion, and heart. It was unforgettable. 💙JB
