First Colony Branch Library - FBCL

Join us on Thursday, June 18, at 2 pm, in the Conference Room, for our Kindle 101 program! In this class, we'll cover everything you need to get started, including setting up your account, adding books to your Kindle library, and sending books from OverDrive/Libby to your e-reader. We'll wrap up with a Q&A session, so feel free to bring your own device with any questions you might have!

Youth in grades 4-8 are invited to express their creativity through zines this Thursday, June 11, at 2:00 pm! Zines, short for magazines, are small booklets that can be used for storytelling and self-expression. Participants will learn how to make their own booklets from scratch and will have plenty of materials to start their "zine" journey! Materials for this program are made possible by the Friends of the First Colony Branch Library. This will be a come-and-go program.

Join us on Tuesdays at 10:15 am, in the Meeting Room, for Mother Goose Time! This multisensory activity time is designed for pre-walking infants and their caregivers. This program has limited attendance and can only accommodate up to 15 infants.
