Sharpening the Spear: Richmond Recruiting Battalion Kicks Off R2I Training

The Richmond Recruiting Battalion began their R2I training this morning with high energy and a focus on modernization.

Hosted at the historic U.S. Army Quartermaster Museum at Fort Lee, Army leaders and NCOs gathered for Day 1 morning sessions dedicated to enhancing mission readiness.

The training focused on integrating new digital tools, streamlining administrative processes—including utilizing AI-assisted program multipliers—and reinforcing essential leadership skills. By investing in professional development and leveraging technology, the "Mountain Warriors" of the Richmond Battalion are ensuring they are prepared to meet future recruiting challenges head-on.
