Stephanie and I have been working together — and being friends — for over 30 years. In every season, she’s been the definition of loyalty, wisdom, and heart. Having someone with her level of experience, dedication, and genuine kindness on our team is something we never take for granted.

She’s helped shape so much of who we are and how we work, and I’m forever grateful for the memories, the growth, and the decades of friendship we’ve shared.
