​PFAS, often called "forever chemicals," have no place in our drinking water. This legislation takes a decisive stand for public safety by requiring industrial users to monitor and report PFAS levels in our wastewater systems. By identifying these chemicals at the source, we can better protect our environment and ensure our communities have access to clean, safe water for generations to come.

​I am standing firmly with our community in opposition to the proposed ICE office lease in our city. Our resources should be used to build up our schools, infrastructure, and mental health services—not to facilitate the separation of families.
