STUART POLICE TO HOST HALLOWEEN SPOOKTACULAR DRIVE-THRU EVENT

This Halloween, join us for the Stuart Police Spooktacular drive-through trick or treating event. Dress up in your favorite costume, jump in the car, and join us from 6-9pm on October 31, 2020. The Spooktacular drive-thru is being held on SW Flagler Avenue in front of Flagler Park.

Participants will drive through while trick or treating with local organizations and business who will be giving treats to all.

In order to remain safe, we are strictly enforcing a no walk-up policy. Only those in vehicles will be allowed to participate.

The Stuart Police Department is still actively monitoring Tropical Storm Dorian. Dorian is currently projected to strengthen. Hurricane Warnings have been issued for the Virgin Islands and surrounding areas. Although a slight slowdown is expected on the final approach to Florida, we should plan for impact over the weekend. There is a lot to watch over the next couple days.

We ask that you plan now and ensure that you have all necessary supplies in your disaster kit. Some stores are already reporting they are out of water.

While our local impact is still uncertain, now is the time to prepare. We will continue to provide updates on the progress of TS Dorian over the next few days.
