Masterpiece Unveiled. River House Stuart welcomed guests for the reveal of artist Geoffrey C. Smith’s bronze installation, “Out of the Channel”. Mayor Eula Clarke and Commissioner Troy McDonald, The Hollub Family , architect Dan Braden, and Steve Ngo of Premier Realty, emphasized the collaborative efforts between the City and River House Stuart.

The Geoffrey Smith piece greets residents and guests at the entrance of the project, and represents Hollub Homes’ commitment to the growth and sustainability of Stuart’s thriving art community.
