As our Pre-K ESE teacher, Avalon helps lay the foundation for so many of our students’ first successes. From first words and first friendships to first moments of independence, she creates a classroom where every child is seen, supported, and celebrated.

Her patience, dedication, and heart make a difference every single day, not only for her students, but for their families and our entire school community.

Teacher of the Year is a wonderful title, but to us, Avalon is so much more than that.

She is a champion for her students, a trusted teammate, and a reminder of the incredible impact one educator can have.
