Neighborhood Traits May Influence Biological Aging.

Living in a neighborhood without access to things like green spaces, clean air, good jobs, quality schools, and affordable housing may increase chronic stress, which can speed up aging at the cellular level and raise the risk of developing health problems earlier in life.

Nearly Two-Thirds of Concussion Patients Have Neck Pain Too.

Among a group of 299 concussion patients, researchers found that 61% also reported neck pain, most commonly in the upper cervical region. These findings add to growing evidence that concussions may involve coexisting neck dysfunction, which may need to be addressed to achieve optimal recovery.
