Metro Edgewater is a 32-story “superstructure” unfolding in Miami-Dade County, FL. The $65 million project, owned by Metro Edgewater LLC, is presently in its permitting stage. The building requires over 470,000 square feet of new construction and, upon completion, will provide 279 housing units.

The "Next Miami" reports that the units are geared toward young professionals living in the area. Per Metro Edgewater’s website, homes range from one-bedroom to three-bedroom layout plans. They range from 696 square feet to 1,241 square feet each. Pricing options aren’t publicly available, but interested parties can fill an inquiry form online.

Metro Edgewater, a 32-Story Superstructure, includes 4,230 square feet of retail and 300 parking spots. Because of its location, it’s a short walk away from Biscayne Boulevard, one of Miami’s hot spots. Metro Edgewater features a pool and fitness center. Units come outfitted with terraces, powde rooms, and new appliances.

One tower measures 16 stories, and the other tower measures 20 stories. The project costs an estimated $200 million to complete. Construction will finish in late 2023, and Clark Construction Group, LLC is the general contractor.

The 20-story building will offer over 400 units, ranging from studios to multi-bedroom layout plans. It includes an amenity deck that features a pool, tiki bar, and rooftop lounge. A historic 10-story tower is already present at the build site, and it requires an additional 10 stories to reach its height goal.
