Demo day on our newest Sailfish Point project — and condo renovations are a different sport. ⏱️

When a client closes on a home with a tight construction window, there's no room for "we'll figure it out later." Every decision made today saves us a week down the road.

So today wasn't just measuring. It was:
→ Walking the site during demo to see what plans don't show
→ Confirming what can and can't move (condos have rules)
→ Setting the design direction while we can still see the bones
→ Sequencing design, procurement & construction into a 5-month ex*****on plan
→ Flagging the decisions that have to happen NOW to protect the timeline

The goal: leave with clarity on what stays, what changes, what the vision is, and what we need to lock in this week 🔨

This dining and coffee bar area layers warmth and function through built-in cabinetry, floating shelves, integrated lighting, and a fully concealed coffee station.

Black metal framed glass cabinetry adds contrast and depth, while soft materials and layered lighting keep the space feeling calm and connected to the rest of the home.

And yes—the dining table in this video is temporary 👀

The final handcrafted table is still being finished, and we cannot wait to share it.
