Meet the Broker // Owner - Evan Downing

As a proud Floridian, born and raised in Palm Beach County, I have spent over 30 years immersing myself in the vibrant and diverse communities of South Florida. My deep-rooted knowledge of the area has proven invaluable in my career as a Real Estate Broker. I hold a Business Degree in Hospitality & Tourism Management from Florida Atlantic University, which paved the way for a successful decade and a half-long career in hospitality ownership and management. This experience honed my skills in customer service, business operations, and network building. Transitioning to real estate was a natural progression for me, as it runs in the family. I’ve embraced this path wholeheartedly and have found immense joy and fulfillment in helping clients find their dream homes. My hospitality background has been a tremendous asset, allowing me to cultivate a wide-ranging network that includes contractors, builders, attorneys, and more. This network is at the disposal of my clients and agents, providing a wealth of resources and support for any homeowner or real estate professional.
