Food Production Worker - $11/hr.

• Must be a TEAM player

• NO cell phones when working-only when on break or lunch

• Have temperature taken daily and must wash hands

• Cleans and sanitizes the various areas and equipment within including the kitchen

• Cleans, sanitizes and organizes common areas of the plant (inside and outside)

• Person’s cleaning general area’s: check office floor/door handles etc

• Organizes Freezer, spiral cleaning

• Cleans the restrooms, break areas, etc.

• Check on laundry throughout the day- wash/dry

• Removes all garbage throughout the day

• Operates and uses of a pallet jack and forklift

• Helps other areas in need of personnel

• Follows HACCP/SSOP procedures, rules and Good Manufacturing Practices at all times

• No experience needed, OJT provided

Packing- Is the inspection and placement of finished product into cases. The basic function is to remove questionable, improperly sealed, or improperly coded bags from the inspection table, packing only product that meets company standards.

The kitchen Helper would be responsible to maintain the kitchen area and all appliances clean. He will be trained by the chef to assist on food prep.
