World Sea Turtle Day is celebrated today, June 16th.
And with 8 million tons of plastic dumped in our oceans every year, these amazing creatures are under threat. In fact, six out of seven species of marine turtle are threatened with extinction. So please, do your part, and always pick up after yourself and your party, and always grab any plastic you see floating in the ocean.
