Wu Li Academy

At the Academy, Tai Chi Chuan is taught in the traditional Chinese way — one-on-one and one step at a time. The teacher shows the student the techniques directly; the students practice individually or in groups. New steps are added as the student advances and perfects the moves at his or her own individual pace. It's important to note that, since every student is unique and has different goals, everyone's training will be different — even for the same techniques and forms
