Summer is upon us, that means travel for many people in the Northeast. My patient once said, "It's good to let a different light through the eyes". Have you ever noticed that when you travel there is a different light? I always notice this when I get off an airplane. The light in the Caribbean is very different from that of the fields of Tuscany. In our experience, travel is good for our mental health.
