Complete renovation from the inside out. This beauty was an old Row house built 100 years ago. They called and did a complete renovation. (Inside pics coming) The interior floor was missing, we jacked the home and leveled it, put in walls, added 2 rooms to enlarge the home, new roof, windows, new custom deck with whirlpool bath, TV, bar and pergola. Stoned the front columns, new siding, plumbing, electrical, added a bathroom and a bedroom, flooring through out, granite throughout and all the exotic fixings... it went from being worth 25k to a Whopping $502k in SE Atlanta...
