🚨 Restore the Delta responds to Governor Newsom’s latest push for the Delta Tunnel

Today, Governor Newsom shared a press release stating that the Delta Tunnel has achieved another major milestone as it continues to advance toward construction.

In response, Restore the Delta’s Executive Director, Barbara Barrigan-Parrilla, released the following statement, emphasizing that the majority of Californians do not support the Delta Tunnel but instead support projects like the Water Renaissance Plan. The Governor’s approach to water resources management fails the tests of morality, fairness, affordability, and protection for everyday Californians.
