Our goal is to provide a safe haven for all Collective Soul FANS - a place to talk about our favorite band, share photos/videos, stories, and CS experiences. A place to support the Band that gives us such joy by sharing their music. We are unofficial, However, we do have EXPRESS WRITTEN PERMISSION from the band (past and present members) to share their personal photos if they've already been share
d to social media, to use their personal band photos, and permission from their former Mgmt. Croshal, to use official photos, and videos. We also share items under the FAIR USE laws (YouTube videos, news clippings etc).
*Fan interaction is the heart of keeping interest in the Band going. We openly welcome discussions among our members - if everyone agreed with each other it would get pretty damned boring! We don't put the band on a pedestal, as they don't themselves -- as long as discussions are done with respect, everyone has the right to disagree or have a differing opinion of 'such and such' song or album. However, we reserve the right to remove any comments or content considered Offensive, Derogatory, Lewd, or Sexual, toward any other fan or toward the Band. Play nice, be respectful of the band - don't treat the guys in the Band like s*x objects as they, their wives, and even their children, often frequent our page. Treat them like the wonderful people they are :)
**Disclaimer: We are NOT the band, and although we have gone to numerous concerts and/or met the band a few times, we are NOT personal friends of the band - i.e., we can NOT get you free tickets, or meet and greet passes, NOR can we get you back stage. We wish! :) Just want to make sure you all know we're not the band
