StillCon

It is with deep sadness that I have to announce that Stillcon will not occur this year. Due to several reasons including the lack of a local game store to help support the sanctioned games and purchase necessary stock in advance, the lack of ticket sales (to date we have only sold two tickets), and not enough local volunteer staff to support the larger event it is clear that Stillcon run as planned. I did not come to this decision on my own, but presented the information to those that attended the announced Stillcon meeting and left it to the populace to vote. It was by great majority that this year's Stillcon will not occur, but that it will lie fallow with intentions to have the convention in 2013. Currently Pamela Fortney, Kyle Haines and Shane Coble have taken on the task to begin this pursuit along with the steadfast help of Mr. Zanfradino. They will have a meeting Jan 22nd at 5pm at the Mazzio's in Stillwater, OK. If you have any questions I am happy to answer them, but Jim and I have chosen to step away from our previous leadership positions, though we are happy to help and support those that will be taking on the grand task.

Welcome to the updated Stillcon Site. This should allow us to keep up with Stillcon each year. The 2012 Event is already revving up to be pretty Awesome. Things to know.
