Oh whale. Feet.

Grounding. A new, old term. What does it mean? Feet on the ground. What does it do? Not really sure, but getting back to nature is important.

I remember as a kid sticking our bare feet in the grass. I remember in college taking shoes and socks off and throwing frisbee on Barksdale field.

All I know about grounding is that is WORKS!!

Get those feet and toes on the ground today. FYI. So much more fun to ground at the beach.
