I just baked a fresh batch of our Sourdough Cinnamon Roll Granola for the Ashbrook this Saturday!

Made with slow-baked organic rolled oats, raw honey, pecans, dried fruit, and just the right amount of cinnamon roll goodness, it’s become a customer favorite.

I’ll have samples available while supplies last, so stop by early and give it a try!

And fair warning… it might just become your new obsession.

If you're looking for the full Monarch Bakery experience, be sure to stop by the market where we'll have additional breads, baked goods, and other treats available while supplies last.

Good news! June 13 will now be a bake day, so you’ll have an extra opportunity to grab your favorite Monarch Bakery goodies this month.

That does come with one change: there will be no bake day on June 27.

The reason is a very exciting one. I’ve been accepted into a small cohort of bakers participating in an intensive 3-day learning experience hosted by in Phoenix, Arizona. I’ll have the opportunity to learn alongside some incredibly talented bakers from different backgrounds and stages of their baking journeys, and I honestly can’t wait.

Many of you know that Monarch Bakery has never been about becoming the biggest bakery possible. It’s always been about making the very best bread I can for this community and continuing to learn and improve with every bake. Opportunities like this don’t come around often, and I’m incredibly grateful for the chance to learn from some of the best in the craft.

I’m especially excited to dive deeper into milling, heritage grains, fermentation, and all the little details that make great bread truly special. Later this year, I’m hoping to begin exploring fresh milling and working with ancient and heritage grains, and I know this experience will be an important step in that journey.

Thank you for supporting this little bakery and allowing me the space to keep growing. Every lesson, every conversation, and every bit of knowledge I bring home will help me become a better baker for all of you.

I can’t wait to share what I learn and get back to baking for you in July.

Hello, Bread Lovers!

A little bakery update! Starting with our June 20th menu, Honey Wheat Soft Sandwich Bread will officially become a regular menu item, alongside our Artisan Sourdough and English Muffins.

These are the breads I reach for at home—the everyday staples for toast, sandwiches, grilled cheese, and busy family meals. So many of you have told me how much you love the Honey Wheat, and I’m excited to make it available on every bake day going forward.

Thank you for supporting this little home bakery and for helping shape the menu with your feedback. I’m grateful for every order and can’t wait to keep baking for your families each week.
