Custom Wine Cellars - Classic Cellar Design

A wine cellar on the "move" is just as critical as the build itself. We just wrapped up this custom design-build project in Alexandria, VA, and today is officially move-in day for the client's extensive collection.

These cases are being relocated from their previous cellar in McLean to our latest completed project. Huge shoutout to the team at UOVO for managing the logistics and transport. While they handle the heavy lifting in climate-controlled transit, we’re onsite in Alexandria ensuring the custom racking, millwork, and cooling systems are calibrated and ready for prime time.

This Washington, DC custom wine cellar remains a firm favorite of ours, not just for its capacity (holding over 3,000 bottles!), but for the sheer harmony of the design.

It was a privilege to work within the incredible framework designed by . Their vision allowed our cellar design team to push the limits of high-capacity storage—utilizing engineered triple and double-deep racks—without ever sacrificing the aesthetic.
