Hog has been used on the ranch for all the jobs. Open close gates, branding, doctoring, gathering in rough country. Hog lopes nice collected circles, picks up her leads, with a HUGE stop. hog has been tracking calves in the arena for a few weeks and is taking to it great. Very cowy & finds the calf on her own. Started on a decent spin and is soft all over. One of the gentlest horses I've ever been around, very in your pocket type personality. First one to meet you at the gate. Good with her feet and has never required shoes. Hauls great drinks on the road. She is 100 % sound in every way and always has been. No scars or blemishes, built nice and straight. Great in a herd setting with mares or geldings.

Mud has been used for all the ranch work. Gentle on and off his back. Quiet minded and know how to use his brain. Mud has roped and held calves for branding. Gathered hundreds of cattle out of the hills by himself. He has been started out of the box in breakaway on some slower calves. He is good in the box, scores well and finds and goes to the calf on his own, really wants to stop hard. Lopes circles, knows his leads. No buck and great with time off. Just saddle up and go even in a blizzard! Good with his feet and has 4 great black hooves all the way around, doesn't need shoes but will stand for them. Mud has seen plenty of wet saddle pads and has seen a lot of long hard miles in rough country. Easy to catch with a bucket of grain. Was started late no fault of his own but he is a 100% sound and sane gelding looking for his next job. Easy keeper, is a bit lower in the pecking order so has a couple bite marks on his butt.

Chili is a great minded 2 year old gelding. Stands 14.2hh at the moment. He is smart and willing, has been great to start and ride from day one. Never had offered to buck, sits well between rides even after a month off. Dog gentle on and off his back. He will slow walk and take baby steps if asked or lope out of his own tracks from a stand still! Chili is great to saddle, trim , bathe, loads himself in the trailer. ALWAYS easy to catch even in the pasture. Rides out alone and is NOT buddy sour. Crosses water mud and downfall without a fuss. He is sure footed and watches where he puts his feet. Can long trot him through a prairie dog town on a loose rein with no worries. Chili is great to ride in the arena as well. Knows both leads and willingly lopes nice circles both ways. Side passes, really soft in the mouth, moves off of leg. Great stop on him, he really wants to sit down and is always looking for the woah. He's drug calves, gathered, sorted and moved cattle. He will really watch a cow and lay his ears back at one. Chili is great out in the pasture and is great with the other horses. Gets along with everyone never causes a fuss. Good for the farrier. We have owned chili since a long yearling and started him ourselves this may when he turned 2. He's been started correctly and has a bright future ahead of him. Would really excell as a breakaway or heel horse. Always wants to go to a cow and not only does he have the looks and athleticism, he has a great brain! Lots of groundwork has been done on him as well. He is in your pocket and safe to be around. Chili is used to equipment, dogs , kids running around. He has been hauled to town on multiple occasions to see the sights and shows up places like he's been there a million times. Feel free to call or text us if you cant reach us right away.
