Birthday dinner party fun was had last weekend! This was a gorgeous tasting menu that was so lovely to create ✨

Fois gras mousse, red onion jam, baked Serrano ham, rye crisp, seasonal micro greens
Shaved asparagus cacio e pepe, straciatella, toasted pistachio
Seared artichoke and Meyer lemon agnolotti with whipped ricotta, pecorino, browned herb butter, roasted hazelnuts
Tiger prawns, smoked cheddar polenta, heirloom corn, basil, tarragon and spring onion
Braised grass fed New Zealand lamb shank, noisette potato mash, celeriac and parsnip purée, pickled shallots and honey glaze
Sesame Crusted Seared Ahi Tuna with sweet miso reduction, wasabi aioli, avocado + mango salsa, wonton crisp
Salted Caramel Snickerdoodle Pie

Tis’ the season for dinner parties! Tried out a new recipe for this one last night: artichoke + mascarpone agnolotti with lemon zest, brown butter, sage and hazelnuts.. it was a hit and will be added to the winter menus!
Needed to post snaps of the table scape & menu because it was just so beautiful and festive. Love a good client-chef collaboration when it comes to aesthetic and menu planning!
Last but not least: the almond torte. She’s a keeper, always has been and always will be. Tastes like a rainbow cookie, just without all of the flour and refined sugar. Just almonds, eggs, maple syrup and almond extract! And of course some dark chocolate chips and fresh raspberry sauce 👩🏻‍🍳
