As a mom, I totally understand the constant interruptions or an off day because sh*t literally hit fan—your kid woke up sick, you had to bring them to the doctor, you forgot your phone on the table, and you literally feel like you’d lose your head if it wasn’t attached...🤣

YEP, I get it.😂it’s meee.

I never used to lift weights. 🙈 I didn’t even own a set of dumbbells up until 3 years ago! 🤯

I was strictly a cardio ju**ie. I loved popping my headphones in and going for a run and just maybe you’d catch me doing some sit ups and squats randomly. 😅

I was the person who thought I’d look masculine if I started lifting. 💀Obviously, I couldn’t be more wrong!!

It was actually the opposite!! I was “box-ier” by not using weights since I had no curves or definition. 🍑 (you know where I’m going with this) 🤣

Weight training has helped me with so much more than “just gaining muscle”,

It has
✨ built up my confidence
✨ boosted my mood + energy levels
✨ reduced stress + anxiety
✨ increased libido
✨ boosted my metabolism
✨ gotten me the results I’ve been longing for!!**

One wrong thing, doesn’t have to be an entire wrong day! 🙌

I try to explain this to my daughter all the time…
That one thing that doesn’t go her way DOES NOT have to wreck her entire day and only she is in control of that. 🙌💗
