🏢 Assistant Community Director

Schedule:
Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Leasing Consultant Responsibilities:
• Tour rental properties with prospective residents
• Follow up with prospects by phone and email
• Assist with leasing events
• Provide outstanding customer service
• Conduct property inspections
• Data entry and phone support

Assistant Community Director Responsibilities:
• Show apartments, townhomes, and single-family homes
• Process applications and collect rent
• Conduct property inspections
• Assist with marketing and monthly reporting
• Review invoices and support team operations
• Deliver exceptional customer service

📌 What We're Looking For:
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Valid PA Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• High School Diploma/GED
• Multi-family housing experience is preferred (required for Assistant Community Director)
• PA Real Estate License is a plus, but not required
