FOR FREESTYLE WRESTLERS

I will be hosting an 8-week Freestyle Wrestling Series at Mecca Sports in Bloomsburg, PA for advanced elementary, junior high and high school wrestlers. Over those 8 weeks, I will be going in depth on advanced freestyle wrestling techniques.

Including but not limited to:
- Freestyle takedowns/finishes
- Top/bottom techniques
- 4-point moves and throws
- Edge wrestling
- Match tactics
- Chain wrestling
- And more!

Sessions will be on Wednesdays from 5 PM to 6:30 PM, starting April 2nd and will proceed through May.
Dates include:

April 2nd, April 9th, April 16th, April 30th
May 7th, 14th, 21st, and 28th

Sessions will cost $50 a night, or you can purchase all 8 sessions ahead for the price of 7! All wrestlers must have a full USA wrestling membership. Advanced Elementary wrestlers need to call Allen at (717) 756 - 2285 prior to registering. All payments must be cash or check payable to Mecca.
