The primary purpose of the Activity is to accelerate and sustain improvements in reproductive, maternal, newborn, and child health (RMNCH) outcomes in Jordan. The main objectives are to sustainability improve the quality of RMNCH services in the public and private health sectors, and strengthen the Ministry of Health (MOH) capacity to act as a steward of the health sector and deliver quality RMNCH care. * 5+ years of experience in the energy sector (increase renewable energy supply, improve technical/institutional capacity, expand efficiency, support policy and regulatory efforts)
* Experience working in similar context in N Africa/Middle East region
* Experience managing large, complex USAID projects
* Fluency in English and Arabic/French strongly preferred
* BS or Master's Degree in relevant field

* 10+ years of technical experience implementing donor-funded activities to improve performance of utilities, advance energy technology, enhance competitive economy
* USAID program management experience
* Experience in SE Asia
* Ability to reside/travel throughout SE Asia
* Advanced degree in power/energy or related field
