Are you comfortable with computers? Do you have interest in real estate? Do you like flexible hours? We are looking for an individual eager to join our start-up property management company as a part-time administrative assistant. There are opportunities for permanent full-time employment for the right candidates.

As an administrative assistant with KTFG Real Estate, you will... Work closely with the co-founders (one a licensed real estate broker and the other a licensed attorney); Perform routine administrative tasks (such as data entry, scanning mail, organizing files, answering phones, and triaging email inquiries); Observe and assist with maintenance of financial records for homeowner associations, condominium owner associations, and landlords; Observe and assist with the handling of routine maintenance issues and coordination of vendor services; and Engage in various tasks to support a growing property management business (such as attending client meetings with the co-founders, assisting with host services for Airbnb clients, developing social media campaigns, etc.).

Ideal candidates...Have a bachelor’s degree (or are a student in good standing pursuing a degree) in a field of study relevant to the position; Have previous office experience (does not necessarily need to be real estate related); Are detail-oriented; Have exceptional organization, communication, and inter-personal skills; Are comfortable and proficient with Apple devices, Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email, and cloud computing (e.g., Google Drive); and Are enthusiastic about gaining experience with real estate investment or property management.

This position requires a commitment of 12 hours per week. Compensation is $15/hour (no other compensation or benefits). Scheduling and responsibilities will be coordinated to accommodate the ideal candidate’s needs (e.g., academic course schedules, other work schedules, etc.). This position involves little/no travel, and many tasks may be completed remotely with personal computing devices. Permanent full-time job offers will be considered for impressive individuals demonstrating excellent job performance.

We're looking for an individual eager to join our start-up property management company in a temporary, part-time intern position.

As an intern with KTFG Real Estate, you will work closely with the co-founders (one a licensed real estate broker and the other a licensed attorney); observe and assist with maintenance of financial records for homeowner associations, condominium owner associations, and landlords; observe and assist with the handling of routine maintenance issues and coordination of vendor services; perform administrative tasks (such as data entry, scanning mail, organizing files, answering phones, and triaging email inquiries); learn about fair housing laws, planned community governance, industry software, rental permits, and more.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a degree in a field of study relevant to the position; have a GPA of at least 3.2 and are in good academic standing; have exceptional organization, communication, and inter-personal skills; are detail-oriented; have previous office experience (does not necessarily need to be real-estate related); are comfortable and proficient with Apple devices, Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and cloud computing (e.g., Dropbox, Google Drive); are enthusiastic about gaining “real world” experience with real estate investment or property management; and are willing to sign a confidentiality, non-disclosure, and non-competition agreement to enable access to business sensitive information.

This is a paid internship ($15/hour; no other compensation or benefits) for an internship period of 10-12 weeks. We anticipate this internship will require a temporary part-time commitment of approximately 10-15 hours per week and involve little/no travel. Schedule and responsibilities will be coordinated to accommodate academic schedule and workload. Some tasks may be completed remotely with personal devices. Permanent part-time or full-time job offers will be considered for impressive interns who successfully complete the internship.
