Offensive lineman Donnie Harbour joined the Nittany Lions in the class of 2024 as a three-star prospect after receiving invitations to the Under Armour All-American Game and Polynesian Bowl.

Harbour was named the Developmental Squad Offensive Player of the Week five times during his true freshman year.
