We offer care for children ages 0-6 in small class sizes with low ratios. Our focus is on play-based learning and our new Bridge to Kindergarten class focuses on providing a play-based alternative for five-year-olds. We are conveniently located just blocks from Penn State University, off of University Drive in State College, Pennsylvania.

The garden doesn't belong to us. It belongs to this whole community 🌻
Our parent volunteers show up — gloves on, ready to dig — so that every morning, our kids can walk outside and see something growing.
And when those vegetables are ready? The kids are right there. Pulling weeds. Picking what's ripe. Watching what patient hands (and a little mud) can make happen.
It's one of our favorite things about Childspace: the way families pour into this place, and children get to inherit that love.
