My soul brother Dave Grelle just experienced every parent’s worst nightmare. On March 23rd, his wife Kasey was tragically killed in an accident while the family was vacationing in Nicaragua. She was 41. Their son Julian (11) was critically injured and airlifted to St. Louis Children’s Hospital. Dave is now holding together a world for three young kids: Julian, Kit (9), and Des (6). Kasey was the family’s backbone — brilliant, devoted, and the kind of person who would’ve been first to set this up for someone else. Now it’s our turn. In a time when we can be so divided over so many things, it’s moments like this that remind us how connected we truly are — and how much we need one another.
