Bayless is home of the Bronchos. Founded in 1932, Bayless High School is stronger than ever. The spelling of the mascot "Broncho" is of Spanish derivation with use of the "h".

Social Studies Teacher Emily Klein has been named a Missouri Regional Teacher of the Year! Her excellence in the classroom and the opportunities she provides for students are being recognized across the state with this award.
Klein is the fourth consecutive Bayless teacher to be named a Missouri Regional Teacher of the Year. She is also now eligible to be named the Missouri Teacher of the Year.
Congratulations Mrs. Klein!
