Saw a story on the Dallas The Dallas Morning News that I thought was interesting but I got paywalled and could not read it. I decided to do a little more digging to find out why they say Texas is ranked top 3rd WORST States to move to in 2024. I don't think I found their source or perhaps didn't understand how they came up with Texas ranking 3rd worst but I did find this other interesting information.
