I plan on opening up a resturaunt but as of right now am just offering catering for events or if you just fell like eating some delicious smoked meat. I came up with this idea when I ate some of my friends smoked brisket and thought to myself "I've only had bad brisket my whole life". So I got myself a smoker and now I want to share the love.
