My biggest thing is honestly. I'll be more than happy to list your home for any dollar amount you will like and will do everything I can to sell it at that price. But I will also tell you what will help your home sell and what price it will sell at. I am not go to try and give you some inflated selling price to convince you to sign on with me. That only causes you to get frustrated with the process and my work. No one wins there.
