Rates depend on the location I'm traveling to. Message me for details. Another option is a program where I meet with you in person to go over your fitness goals and create a one month exercise program for you to follow. I can make one based on working out at home or in a gym, whichever you prefer.

Happy Monday!!
Now that summer is here (yay!) I wanted to offer 30 minute individual and group session pool workouts.
Exercising in the pool is a great way to burn calories while staying cool. It is low impact on the joints, which is great for those who are recovering from injuries or have arthritis. The water provides natural resistance in every direction to engage multiple muscle groups at the same time, no heavy weights needed!

Summer bodies are made in the winter☀️
Spring is just around the corner, thank you Jesus! If you have fitness goals you’d like to work on before summer is in full swing, there’s no time like the present to start on them!
I currently have openings for half hour training sessions on Tuesday late morning, Wednesday late morning, and Thursday early afternoon. PM me if you’d like more details!
