Today has been an interesting day. I woke up, looked down and thought I don’t recognize this body. This is not the body I have in my head. How did I get here?

Then I got dressed, put on my headwrap, earrings, and sunglasses. And when I looked in the mirror, I thought damn I look good.

While this may not be the body I have in my head, nor the body of my dreams. I am learning to love her nonetheless.

Accepting who I am today does not mean I stop striving for more tomorrow. I will keep moving forward.

Missed yoga this morning (sorry ) Decided to lounge in the park with a little lunch.
