Magdala House, formerly Magdala Foundation, was formed in 1968 as a halfway house for women. The first service offered was a 25-bed halfway house in Lafayette Square. Over our 55-year journey, Magdala has expanded its programming to serve the community better. In 1984, Magdala began housing adults with intellectual disabilities. Give STL Day is over.
And St. Louis showed up.
Together, we raised $1,200 to help people experiencing homelessness and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities move toward independence and stability.
