It's been a long rough week. As we approach Overdose Awareness Month, everyone keeps saying things are getting better out there...I have no idea what world they're living in. We really wish that were true. The phones are still ringing. We're still comforting grieving families. We're still watching addiction steal sons, daughters, mothers, fathers, and friends. This fight is NOT over. Until the funerals stop...until mothers and families stop crying...until every person has a chance at recovery, our work is NOT finished. Please don't become numb to the headlines and what certain people want you to believe! Behind every statistic is a person who was loved. Let's continue to pray, reach out, support recovery, and be a voice for those who can't speak out for themselves. Hugs and prayers! God Bless!🤗❤️🙏

For everyone that's having one of those days, weeks, months, year. We ALL go through trials and tribulations and we don't understand why...but sometimes God takes us on a journey we didn't know we needed to bring us everything we ever wanted. "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."
(Jeremiah 29:11) So ask yourself, hows my way been working out? Get out of self will and into God's Will...Have Faith and Trust Him! ❤️🙏✝️

You will eventually stop using drugs and alcohol. The question is, will you still have a heartbeat when you do? Yeah. It's that serious! So if you are struggling right now, with substance use or mental disorder, please don't hesitate to pick up the phone and say the three hardest words, I NEED HELP!!! Because you are worth it!
