Run Bick Run

While most folks launch their fitness program on the first of the year, I have taken a few days off to recover after several runs, hikes, and household projects over the holiday break. It was great to be so busy with really nothing to do, but I needed the rest. This weekend I will start training for the Frisco Railroad Run on April 24th in Springfield, Mo 🙏 I'll keep you posted

Today I retire the Brooks Ghost 12s. These shoes have been through many miles this year and through my trasition from a person trying to survive the run to an athlete who is attacking every mile. Big Goals and Big Dreams still ahead in 2021.

Haven’t run much for a couple of weeks nusrsing some sore areas. Took it out for a test drive today. Happy Thanksgiving!
