If you haven't walked Historic Main Street in St. Charles lately, you're seriously missing out. There's something about those cobblestone streets, 120-year-old brick buildings, and the energy of couples out enjoying a Friday night that just hits different.

Here's our idea for the perfect date night blueprint this May 15th 👇

Start by exploring Main Street — stroll the shops, grab a drink somewhere along the strip, soak in that small-town-meets-big-energy vibe that makes St. Charles one of the best kept secrets in the Midwest. Spring evenings here are gorgeous and there's always something going on.

Then when you're ready to sit down and really settle into the night — make your way to the event at SAVOR St. Charles (221 N. Main St.) 🌸

This cozy, family-owned gem is right in the heart of downtown and it's the kind of place that feels like date night is supposed to feel. The truffle fries and Brussels sprouts are chef's kiss, the handcrafted cocktails are incredible (try the Hugo Spritz or their house Old Fashioned 🍹), and that warm candlelit atmosphere with exposed brick walls does all the heavy lifting for the romance.
