I haven’t been to the gym in like 3 months & this is what I look like.. I ain’t gone lie.. when you feel like you in your prime..you LIT! You kicking it. No sleep.. Smoking , drinking .. just turnt! & baby I been kicking it. While steady being frustrated at my body goals not being met😒 MAKE IT MAKE SENSE! It don’t! It’s me! The habits! The “fun”.. sumn gotta change. baby ima have more fun when I’ve accomplished what I KEEP saying I wanna do.. that same body yall rushing to pay for can EASILY be made at home or in the gym.. & ima prove it! June 1st im officially done smoking & drinking! I’m changing my eating, my bad habits will be replaced with better ones & im getting the body i desire 😝👏🏾

P.S..I’m telling yall cause I need yall on my head man!! All my friends & family , gang , co workers , community etc.. yall gotta help me stick to my plan! Don’t be tryna get offended cause I ain’t tryna “match” or “get drinks” we can hang out & u can still do you. I just won’t participate in what I’ve given up.. & I ain’t gone make u feel a way about it either! I love yall 🫶🏾💙
