Last night The Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis' Young Lawyers Section visited our neighborhood. It was terrific seeing so many young lawyers together on a beautiful night in South City.

Our clients' first interaction with the court system is often the matter we're handling. Few opportunities exist to learn how the system works. Circuit Attorney Gabe Gore is trying to change that. Interested in learning more? Check out the flyer and link below.

This past year Circuit Attorney Gabe Gore launched a new initiative aimed at educating us about how the Circuit Attorney’s Office works. The program is called the Citizens Academy.

The Academy is a free six-week program offering residents a behind-the-scenes look at how criminal cases are handled, from intake through resolution. Sessions take place Thursday evenings from April 9 and May 14. The Academy is open to City residents, ages 18 and above. Interested? Applications are due by March 9.
