It's that time of year again. The kids are the best. I can not wait to motivate my young community Basketball team. Discipline is key in this process, setting goals and working towards them. I have no Idea how many years it has been. I do know I Love my Lions/Lionesses, my Soldiers, my Men/Ladies. This page is called "ELM Basketball", it is the coaching technique I adhere to stringent.
