Downsize doesn't mean downgrade. These homeowners decided with kids off to college it was time to scale back. At our first meeting they seemed caught between being overwhelmed by an extensive renovation but underwhelmed by the kitchen, bathroom and living space. With some structural modifications, a fresh layout with lots of added light, a decor that suited their vibe their feelings about the house are now bigger and better.
