Goose Chasers Goose Chasers at University of Missouri - St. Louis

Hey guys!!! We are going to get things started! We are going to meet two days a week for an hour and a half every week.

Wednesday 5:45am - 7:30am. We will meet in front of Oak Hall and start the warm up at 6:00am sharp.

Saturday 3:45 pm - 5:30 pm. We will meet in front oak Hall and carpool over to Forest Park, or if you want to meet us at Forest Park, we will meet in the parking lot by the Boat House. Preferably start the warm up at 4:00pm sharp. Afterwards, if you would like, we can go out for dinner, cause food is awesome!

This will start as of Wednesday, August 31st!!!!!!

I hope this works for most of you guys, we tried our best to make these times so it wouldn't conflict with school and other obligations. Please comment any concerns!

We will be doing a group warm up, stretches, drill, and then small group runs, and then a group stretch at the end!
