We’re now in the 3rd week of the Annual Enrollment Period for Medicare which runs from Oct 15th to Dec 7th. It’s time for those of you with Medicare Advantage plans or stand-alone Part D Prescription Drug plans to review the Annual Notice of Change documents your current carrier sent you.
It’s particularly important to review your prescription coverage & cost sharing.

Are you happy with your coverage? If you are generally don’t need to do anything. Your plan will automatically renew. Sometimes a plan may leave a service area but if you’re effected you’ll receive a notice from your plan.

Medicare Supplement plans are not subject to this Annual Enrollment Period. They’re guaranteed renewable but the premium may increase. For those of you with Medicare Supplement Plan G, the Part B deductible,which applies to Out Patient Services, may also increase each year.
