5k last week had a fantastic turnout with lots of first-timers from the Trident team! I'm looking forward to hitting it again next year!

This weekend was the 12 Days of Fitmas workout at the S2-HQ. Thankful for for letting us use their amazing space for this community workout! We'll have to run this back again soon!πŸ’ͺ
